Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process, guiding them in understanding our services and tools.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product information and customer support best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients.
