Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable customer service support regarding anti-financial crime operations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about compliance, reporting processes, and related issues.
• Investigate and resolve complaints while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices relevant to anti-financial crime.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
• Strong communication skills in both the Nordic language and English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field is preferred.
• Understanding of anti-financial crime regulations and compliance is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote or hybrid team.
• Proficient in using technology and customer service platforms.
