Contract Support Officer

We are looking for a Contract Support Officer who will join our Sales Operations team.   
As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and working closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes. Your role will be crucial in driving smooth sales operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

A Day in the Life of a Contract Support Officer at Qualco will include: 

  • Draft, review, and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and compliance teams to streamline contract processes; 
  • Maintain a structured contract repository and track key milestones; 
  • Maintain CRM and contract management systems for contract tracking and reporting; 
  • Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extensions or renewals according to what’s best for the company. 
  • Support contract negotiations and amendments; 
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts;
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress;
  • Solve contract-related problems that may arise with internal and external parties; 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements; 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in contract management or a related role (FinTech or software company experience is a plus); 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration, or a similar position; 
  • Professional command of Greek and English languages, oral and written communication skills; 
  • Knowledge of French, Italian and/or German is a plus; 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; 
  • Working knowledge of contract management systems or software is a plus;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; 
  • A team player with a high level of dedication; 
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently; 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
