Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food orders, delivery services, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to keep updated on menu offerings and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
• Strong enthusiasm for customer service, particularly in the food industry.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
