Customer Service Executive
TLDR
Provide concierge and customer services globally, handle inquiries and data entry, while managing ad hoc assignments in a dynamic team setting.
Responsibilities
- To provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls and email;
- To handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests
- Collecting and providing data entry of case information
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above (Fresh Graduate also welcome) in any disciplines
- Fluent in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good telephone manner
- Be patient and work as a team
- Willing to be on shift
