Customer Service Executive

TLDR

Provide concierge and customer services globally, handle inquiries and data entry, while managing ad hoc assignments in a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities

To provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls and email;
To handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests
Collecting and providing data entry of case information
Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

Higher diploma or above (Fresh Graduate also welcome) in any disciplines
Fluent in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Good telephone manner
Be patient and work as a team
Willing to be on shift
