Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries about fitness and sports equipment with knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance the overall service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer experience.

Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Passion for fitness and sports equipment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
