Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and support related to eco-friendly products.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on eco-friendly products and practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
