As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will support local teams in-office and teams located around the world. The in-office support includes prioritizing support requests from users of existing IT services and configuring and maintaining workstations, servers, and cloud environments. Meeting with technical and non-technical staff to resolve IT service issues. You will help provide process improvements and modify access groups, permissions, and security accesses. You will collaborate with our other members across the globe, including Japan, France, Germany, India, Australia, and Moldova.
As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will report to the Director of IT, Operations.
