What will you be bringing to the team?
- Perform daily service desk activities.
- Daily handling of ICT support requests and incidents.
- Daily activities coming from tickets and as requested by staff members, admin reporting line to the Head of Team Workplace Services.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support on client ICT incidents.
- Fulfil client ICT service requests.
- Prepare, configure and maintain PCs.
- Prepare, configure and maintain mobile phones and tablets.
- Prepare, configure and maintain mobile offices.
- Prepare and configure desk phones.
- Prepare and configure USB sticks and tokens.
- Perform required hardware maintenance and setup tasks.
- Configure, maintain and support MFP (multi-functional printers).
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education.
- At least 5 years of professional experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of Windows OS.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS remote deployments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Understanding of IT Service Management tools.
- Familiarity with hardware: desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets.
- Knowledge of MFP (Multi-Functional Printers) maintenance and support.
- Familiarity with mobile devices management and maintenance (mobile phones, tablets).
- Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
