Sales Manager - Thailand

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our successful and well-established team in Thailand to best promote and sell Shiji solutions.  Shiji Thailand is a significant contributor to the broader success of Shiji teams across Asia Pacific & Middle East who together work to promote and sell, service and support our local, regional and multinational hospitality clients primarily focusing on Property Management solutions and Point of Sale from the Shiji Portfolio of solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Effectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline
  • Identify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamics
  • Negotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities
  • Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions including PMS, POS, SPA, GOLF & Shiji Payments
  • Understand customer business drivers and use solution selling to develop superior customer value propositions.
  • Responsible for delivering on a quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • 5+ years’ experience in related field of software/hardware Sales, PMS, POS, Spa & Golf within the hospitality or F&B IT industry
  • A good Degree in Business or related fields
  • Negotiation ninja with ability to multi-task and outstanding communication skills
  • Results-oriented, autonomous and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills
  • Deep hotel industry knowledge and very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English language is also a plus point
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proven track record of matching or exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Availability to travel

·         Willing to work with a wide variety of cultures.

·         Willing to be contactable on an on-call basis after-hours by mobile phone.

·         Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
