The Opportunity:
This position will lead the sales, account executive and corporate solution teams for Lalamove Thailand. This position is suited for experienced leaders who are looking to make a footprint in the consumer technology industry. We are looking for established managers who are able to work in a multinational organization while adept at leading the function in the local Thai market.
What We Seek:
Deep understanding of Sales, Account Management, and Corporate Solutions.
This role will need to manage both our corporate customers for our platform business but also our 3rd part logistics business.
You will need to be experienced at navigating internal systems and tools, analyzing the data and translating them into tangible strategies for the team to execute for sustainable growth.
This role will need the skillset to engage with multiple clients and partners, while understanding their individual operating processes.
Responsible for managing and motivating an overall team of 20 members to achieve and exceed targets.
What You'll Need:
Ability to navigate and understand complex businesses needs of corporate clients while able to demonstrate management skills and ability to motivate teams to achieve growth
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and data visualization tools is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy or leadership roles in startups are preffered
An MBA or masters from a leading global institution is a plus
