• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong interest in online content creation and digital media.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
