Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery, ensuring satisfaction and timely service.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Take part in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
