Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users through various channels such as chat, email, and phone.
• Assist users with inquiries related to the functionalities of our dating and social networking apps.
• Document user interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service objectives while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge of our products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or familiarity with dating/social networking apps is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
