Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to repair processes, warranty claims, and product support.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to address customer issues and enhance service quality.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and repair protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
