Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and provide information about accommodations and services.
- Resolve inquiries and provide guidance to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer preferences and interactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of the hospitality sector.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) as well as English is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- A desire to learn and grow within a vibrant team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is a plus!
