As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers from various Nordic countries with their inquiries related to our health and wellness products, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs. Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients from Nordic countries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in navigating our health and wellness products and addressing their inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for service quality improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Engage in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
• Strong interest in health and wellness and a commitment to customer service.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle challenges positively.
