Your Responsibilities
- Offer IT support and cybersecurity consultancy to Nordic-speaking clients.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Design and recommend tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
- Record customer interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferred.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and IT solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service.
