We are now looking for an experienced L1 Security Support Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work on new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
• Work with cutting-edge technologies, focusing on IBM QRadar SIEM Solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve system performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A genuine interest in cybersecurity and IT security solutions.
• Experience or exposure to the field of cybersecurity or SIEM tools will be considered a plus.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
