We are now looking for an experienced L1 Security Support Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work on new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities
- Assists client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
- Work with cutting-edge technologies, focusing on IBM QRadar SIEM Solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve system performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and IT security solutions.
- Experience or exposure to the field of cybersecurity or SIEM tools will be considered a plus.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
