Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate flight information, policies, and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay informed about airline services, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage varying tasks.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
