- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex problems and improve service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in Danish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is desirable.

- Understanding of technical concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.
