About the role:
You’ll be part of our People & Culture team with focus on day to day people operations services for our head office. With our people first strategy, you’ll be an integral part of the people team, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact and improve the working life of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and information in the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, and changes to employee personal information
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and changes to employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 Years of Experience in HR operations.
- Good knowledge in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- People-first mindset combined with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style
- Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
