We are currently seeking an HR Recruiter with a keen focus on the apparel industry to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify and attract top talent while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional HR solutions and fostering successful relationships between candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions within the Garment Manufacturing Industry;
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining a robust talent pipeline;
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights specific to the apparel sector;
- Enhance employer branding and promote the company’s value proposition to attract top talent;
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, within the Garment Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in recruiting tailors and other factory workers.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and maintain a strong candidate experience;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
- Passion for the apparel industry and staying updated on industry trends.
