Our client is a Dubai-based tech solutions company with a vibrant startup culture. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking an HR Manager to join their team and oversee all aspects of HR work. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and familiar with Dubai employment regulations.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Conduct training and development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Dubai
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Team-oriented, service-minded, responsible, decisive, and adaptable
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates responsibility and good character
