As an Emirati Talent - Real Estate Property Consultant, you will play a vital role in our sales team, promoting and leasing our residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Promote and market our properties to prospective tenants through various channels, including online listings, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each unit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate lease agreements and facilitate a smooth leasing process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including tenant information and rental payments.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Emirati national with a valid UAE passport.
• Bachelor or High school diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
• Passionate about the real estate industry and eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Confident and driven, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
