We are currently offering a Internship opportunity in our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition while working with a dynamic and innovative team.

In this internship, you will:

• Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on defined criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in preparing necessary documentations for job offers, referrals, and reference checks
• Provide support in employer branding activities
• Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Availability to work full-time during the summer period
