Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their fashion e-commerce inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist customers with order placements, tracking shipments, handling returns, and providing detailed product information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of escalated customer issues.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range to offer expert advice and recommendations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous service improvement.
• Keep updated on the latest trends in fashion and e-commerce to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a remote, fast-paced work environment.
• Genuine interest in fashion and a solid understanding of online retail practices.
