  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer support requests via various channels, including mail, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues to relevant departments or senior team members.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure the complete resolution of inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer requests, handle their needs, and complaints.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives according to the companies and departments SLAs and KPIs.
  • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Follow standard processes, procedures, and industry specific regulations.
  • Stay current with industry changes, and updates to deliver exceptional service and accurate information to customers. 
  • Encourage effective communication and cooperation.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support for 2 or more years.
  • Experience in the betting industry is required.
  • Proficiency in English. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills customized for the specific needs of betting customers, along with demonstrated leadership abilities. 
  • Experience with Helpdesk is a must, nice to have experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Intercom. 
  • Willingness to work morning, evening, and night shifts, with a 5-day workweek and flexible days off distributed within the week to meet the industry's 24/7 operational demands. 
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management. 
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to respond to different types of characters within the betting community.
  • Ability to stay motivated in complex situations, emphasizing resilience and dedication to providing outstanding support within the betting industry.
  • Open to feedback and adaptable to company standards.
