The Customer Service Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip our representatives with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves creating engaging training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs for customer service representatives.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of employees.
  • Experience with training development and evaluation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other training tools.
