At CSE, we're all about creating a positive and personalized customer experience. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic remote Customer Experience Associate to join our team part-time and deliver exceptional service to our CSE Squad. This position requires availability to work at least 15 hours per week. The schedule will include at least 5 hours each on Mondays, Wednesdays, and over the weekend, and may require some holidays. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with personalized, accurate, timely, and empathetic support via social media, email, and live chat (no phone calls)
• Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty, while maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times
• Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date on our products, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution rates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with Clean Simple Eats products, Challenge, mobile app, and brand is strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Gorgias or comparable customer service software is preferred but not required
• Experience with Shopify is preferred but not required

Salary: $18-20 per hour

Location: Remote, Utah preferred
