As Team Lead People Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant people processes across several countries. Your mission is to oversee and further scale our operational HR setup while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and employee experience. You will work in close collaboration with our People Business Partners, Recruiting, and external providers to create a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. This role is based in Munich (hybrid) and is open to part-time candidates.
