We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to maintain the HR admin processes for the whole employee life cycle. The successful HR Ops Specialist meets the needs of employees and managers and govern the employee experience with the Company.
Local HR team consists of 2 people. In this role you will report to the Senior People Operations Manager.
The team follows a hybrid mode (3 days office work) and enjoys weekly meetings and regular 1:1s with the managers.
