• The Digital Communications Manager is part of the PR team, which oversees the company’s external communications. The PR team is responsible for engaging with various stakeholders, including the media, with the goal of enhancing the company’s brand value and reputation. The team leads Lunit’s corporate communications, actively promoting the company’s medical technology and service innovations to customers and the public.

• The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for developing and managing communication strategies for Lunit’s AI technology and products across the company’s website and social media channels.
• To enhance public and customer understanding of Lunit, this role requires planning and producing digital content, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global agencies.
• The ideal candidate should have experience executing various digital projects and be capable of participating in the planning of both online and offline events, creating relevant content, and distributing it effectively.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for corporate website and social media channels (LinkedIn, blog, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Plan, create, and manage global digital content in collaboration with external agencies, including U.S.-based firms
• Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring alignment with digital communication strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital communications performance to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate websites and social media platforms (LinkedIn, blog, etc.)
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital PR and content marketing strategies
• Strong command of English, with the ability to effectively manage U.S. and global agencies, as well as collaborate with international employees
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and SEO best practices
• Hands-on experience with website builders and content management systems(CMS)

🏅 Preferred Experiences

• Experience in digital communications within an agency or in-house corporate setting
• Experience working with and managing external agencies, including U.S.-based firms
• Interest and understanding in AI, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Proficiency in photo and video production/editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
