We are seeking an Internal Communications Manager to be the face of internal communications for A&M EMEA. In addition to our intranet, there are a myriad of communications channels available to our staff and we need to integrate communications across them to reach our ever increasing A&M EMEA staff footprint. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing our evolving EMEA internal communications strategy with relevant stakeholders, and will primarily be responsible for the delivery of internal content.
The ideal candidate will be a multi-faceted content creator, editor, and publisher. Our messaging needs to be clear, consistent, attract attention, and generate interest across all our staff – some of whom are on client sites for significant periods of time. If you can create this type of content across many mediums, and seek to keep us innovating when it comes to comms - then we’d love to meet with you!
Our firm has many different divisions and regions, and this person will work with these groups so that they can leverage all the content produced. This role requires the keen ability to multi-task in order to deliver a wide range of communications on a variety of topics, manage communications pipelines for the firm, and support teams such as Operations, Marketing, HR and others in their communication with the business. Given this aspect of the role is important to the success of the role you will be a natural business champion who loves working with people and their content – bringing it to life and giving it energy.
