In Your First 6 Months, You Will:
- Collaborate with Riverflex leaders and clients to align hiring strategies with their goals.
- Lead tech hiring for a range of Riverflex clients, ensuring they have the right talent to solve critical challenges.
- Manage the full hiring cycle across Riverflex and client tech functions.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including OKRs, employer branding, and process improvements.
- Share insights on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and other hiring essentials.
- Build high-impact teams for clients like Ahold Delhaize, Canon, and Hapag Lloyd.
- Thrive in a dynamic, scale-up environment with a young, diverse team (15+ nationalities).
