• Collaborate with Riverflex leaders and clients to align hiring strategies with their goals.
• Lead tech hiring for a range of Riverflex clients, ensuring they have the right talent to solve critical challenges.
• Manage the full hiring cycle across Riverflex and client tech functions.
• Contribute to strategic projects, including OKRs, employer branding, and process improvements.
• Share insights on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and other hiring essentials.
