Primary role:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent across roles in our US and UK regions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for Odessa through innovative outreach methods.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will craft sourcing strategies for various roles including leadership positions. You will ensure that we provide an excellent candidate experience, while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. Ultimately, you will build a strong employer brand for Odessa, to help create strong talent pipelines for current and future talent needs.
