About our Business Intelligence Team  

Our Business Intelligence Team partners closely with clients, crafting solutions that empower brands to make well-informed decisions spanning marketing, logistics, sales, and product management. 

We're on the hunt for a driven Senior Business Intelligence Consultant (f/m/d) eager to expand their Power BI knowledge through knowledge sharing sessions and day-to-day interactions with seasoned professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work with international, renowned enterprise clients, delivering Business Intelligence on a grand scale. 

This role is available as either part-time (minimum 80%) or full-time, based in Hamburg. 

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You will lead the implementation and management of Business Intelligence Projects based on a Microsoft / Azure technology stack 
• You will manage and execute complex BI projects with a high degree of independence and strategic insight 
• You will ensure our reports are up-to-date with the latest technology, proactively rolling out new features 
• You will push the boundaries of what's technically possible alongside our software team (Custom Visuals, integration with SaaS infrastructure) 
• You will collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and provide strategic solutions 
• You will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment 
• You will focus on Business Intelligence projects while gaining a broad understanding of our business and industry 

Requirements

Who Are You?

• You have a minimum of 5 years in BI / data analytics, with at least 2 years in BI Consulting / Integration / Agency roles 
• You have a proven track record in implementing BI solutions and driving data-driven decision-making in ecommerce 
• You have a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and analytics tools 
• You have experience in mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects 
• You have a strong background in client relationship management and consultative selling 
• You are proficient with the Azure platform and Power BI 
• You have advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms 
• You have experience with ETL processes and data integration 
• You are proficient in both German and English
