Your Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and cybersecurity consulting to German-speaking clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
• Design and recommend security solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
• Document customer interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the development and sales teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferred.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service.
