Your Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy to German-speaking clients regarding SaaS technologies and cloud solutions.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, implementation, and troubleshooting of cloud applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on product features and best practices.
  • Collect and relay client feedback for continuous improvement in our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the SaaS/cloud landscape.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
