Operations Administrator

This role supports the Sales Operations team within the National Sales channel with a focus on field sales.

As Operations Admin, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our field support, field sales and sales support operations. You will maintain critical business systems for our field teams and use data gathered by these systems to build reporting for our internal teams and business partners.  You will learn to understand the nuances of our business and ensure that our users, systems, and data are configured to drive business impact as well as identify best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day Admin responsibilities of key application systems
  • Oversee user access, setup, and permissions for National Retail team applications
  • Manage & maintain the field rep tracking & management application for our field sales team
  • Perform routine quality control and audit reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate store records in the Repsly system, including custom fields and place tags
  • Various quality control projects requiring scrutiny of data to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities
  • Pull data and build reports on key initiatives and quality control findings
  • Collaborate with members of management to define, document, and implement new processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field, or equivalent experience
  • Passion for detail with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • MUST be proficient in Excel
  • Previous exposure or usage of Domo and Repsly a plus
  • Strong technical skills and proclivity for alignment and accuracy
  • Energized by completing tasks and supporting internal departments
