We are looking for a Logistics Manager for Decathlon Singapore's Flagship Store, Singapore Lab.

As well as being Singapore's flagship store, Singapore Lab is Asia's largest store in terms of turnover. We welcome an average of 1.5 million visitors/customers a year.

We are convinced of the exponential potential of the store and that is why it is important to organize ourselves accordingly to guarantee the expertise of our operation and the various processes that make it up, in order to guarantee our mission: to give the best shopping experience generating emotions and inspiration for our current and future sport users.

Our store receives an average of 2.5 million quantities per year, making it the 15th largest quantity seller in the world among all Decathlon stores.

📌 OUR TEAM

You'll be supported by a team of 140 teammates who make up the store. The human challenge is and must remain our ambition and number one priority, to build a new generation of passionate Sport-Teammates who will allow us to build the common successes of tomorrow in the country. You will put a lot of sense into explaining the values and the purposes of the company and will help our team of passionate teammates to grow personally and professionally.

📌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE :

• Recruit and lead your team
• Build and animate a strong logistic project
• Create and duplicate SOP for all the different flows
• Guarantee the flow of goods, and optimizing receiving processes to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible service for our customers
• Build a strong, efficient and sustainable relationship with the Warehouse & E-Commerce Team.

Requirements

You like challenges and you like building/leading projects from the scratch. You want to take the next step and grow personally & professionally. As a future Decathlonian, you live for sports and are particularly service-oriented. You also have a structured and organized way of working, a good sense of managing time and priority. You are also able to take decisions quickly.

• Proven experience in Logistics Management
• At least 3 years of people-management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Have a passion for sports
• Have good Business & Entrepreneurial acumen and user/customer-centric
