Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, this role serves as the operational backbone of Kiddom’s print and fulfillment engine. You will own end-to-end execution across purchase orders, inventory control, vendor coordination, and fulfillment tracking to ensure materials are produced and delivered accurately and on time to schools nationwide. As Kiddom scales, you will partner closely with the VP of Supply Chain to strengthen systems, improve controls, and build a more resilient and scalable supply chain operation. Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management & Reporting: Own inventory tracking and reporting across vendors in a multi-SKU environment; reconcile inventory against demand and open purchase orders; maintain accurate ERP data
  • Purchase Order Execution: Issue and manage purchase orders; align purchasing decisions with confirmed orders and projected demand; track production milestones and ensure timely completion
  • Team Leadership & Accountability: Directly manage team members responsible for file preparation and fulfillment coordination; establish clear ownership, monitor execution, and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Vendor Management: Serve as primary point of contact for print and fulfillment vendors; track production schedules, follow up proactively, and hold vendors accountable to quality and delivery commitments, especially during peak back-to-school periods
  • Fulfillment & Escalation Management: Oversee order intake, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines; respond quickly to internal and customer escalations to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Demand Alignment & Process Improvement: Translate sales inputs into purchasing actions; proactively identify operational gaps; partner with the VP of Supply Chain to strengthen systems and improve scalability
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with direct ownership of purchase orders, vendor coordination, and inventory control
  • Hands-on experience managing fulfillment operations and maintaining SKUs within ERP systems in a multi-SKU environment
  • Strong analytical and data discipline; comfortable working in spreadsheets and ERP systems with high attention to accuracy and detail
  • Demonstrated ability to reconcile demand, inventory, and open POs and proactively identify discrepancies
  • Proven experience managing and holding junior team members accountable for execution and deadlines
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with seasonal volume spikes
  • ERP experience required; NetSuite and print or physical product experience preferred
  • Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
