Korean Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Executive to oversee and optimize our social media presence, ad campaigns, and localized marketing initiatives. This role will be essential in developing content strategies, managing community engagement, collaborating with local agencies, and expanding our reach across regional social media channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Korea's social media landscape and a strong understanding of local market dynamics, enabling them to effectively connect with and engage prospects, foster interest in our products and services, strengthen our reputation, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organize and oversee advertising campaigns (Meta, IG, X Tiktok, and etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for various marketing materials (brochures, press releases, website content, and etc.) and provide Korean translations.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media channels.
  • Experience in managing ad campaigns for brands or agencies is preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of ad targeting, optimization, and analytics.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
