Digital Marketing Executive

TLDR

Take end-to-end ownership of marketing projects that deliver real value to users while leveraging digital strategies and collaborating with diverse teams.

  1. Growing Epicareer presence in Malaysia and the Philippines* market.
  2. Orchestrating omnichannel implementation by executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that harmonize with business goals.
  3. Leveraging the latest trends and coming up with relatable content on both text-based and video-based platforms.
  4. Identifying suitable trends and influencers to amplify the brand's engagement in the local market.
  5. Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and compensation terms with influencers and freelancers.
  6. Support Influencer schedule and content briefs in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  7. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for marketing optimization.
  8. Provide reports at a team level on content performance, various campaigns, and suggestions for future content based on the findings.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams from product team, design, and other stakeholders, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
  1. Social media natives - you know what’s happening related to career development trends on Linkedin, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
  2. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience.
  3. Proven experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing especially in social media marketing and influencer marketing in the technology, recruitment, or start-up industry.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to extract valuable insights.
  5. Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  6. Good knowledge of the career growth and development industry.
  7. Good communication skills with prior project management experience.
  8. Strong organizational & time-management abilities
  9. Superb team players, able to work with all levels to achieve business objectives
  10. Excellent verbal, negotiation, and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Melayu/Mandarin.
