Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing especially in social media marketing and influencer marketing in the technology, recruitment, or start-up industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to extract valuable insights.
Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
Good knowledge of the career growth and development industry.
Good communication skills with prior project management experience.
Strong organizational & time-management abilities

Excellent verbal, negotiation, and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
