The Role:  

Forge is looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to join the Capital Markets Team and support the Co-Heads of US Capital Markets in all aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn.

Location: This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week in our San Francisco, CA office to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and relationships
  • Support in identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Help prepare sales presentations and proposals
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with the Broker Team to meet sales targets and business objectives
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and organizing sales meetings
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office or home office setting while working

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

For residents of San Francisco, CA the annual salary range for this role is $80,000- $85,000+ annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors
