In this role you will be responsible for supporting the daily sales activities of the Sales team in the Private Label and Mass Division.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Accounts and Buying Assistants in the discount sector
- Assist and support the sales team with all prep work for all meetings and presentations, including creating decks and picture packages.
- Assist the team with comp shop / photos and reports.
- Prepare and write orders for entry
- Gather and analyze selling information from customers
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries
- Responsible for all market planning and logistics in the discount sector; including appointment scheduling, showroom set up/break down, note taking, preparing account line sheets
- Sample management; including inbound and outbound from Factory and Customers in the discount division
- Prepare and maintain showroom for season markets, unpacking samples

- The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
