  • As the HRBP APAC, you will formulate strategic partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added support to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of APAC HR practices, local labor law and organizational effectiveness for 67 employees. You will support stakeholders in making thoughtful decisions around talent, structure, culture, and performance.
  • This is a local role and you will be working closely with the Global HR team who are based in Paris. 
  • What you will do 👜
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: employment contract, onboarding, mobility, exits, and offboarding, across APAC markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, China)
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage employment-related risk, by partnering with legal team
  • Partner with trusted payroll agency and ensure 100% accuracy and smooth payroll process for all APAC markets
  • Follow up on HRIS all changes and other adhoc duties assigned.

  • Strategic Business Partnership
  • Autonomously lead several Global HR projects (e.g. performance reviews) 
  • Be the trusted HRBP to senior leaders across departments (e.g., Product & Tech, Commercial, Operations), to drive workforce planning, team structuring, and strategic hiring decisions.
  • Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and growth across both local and global markets.
  • Own the global attrition KPI by providing insights and retention recommendations through data storytelling

  •  Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored to the local markets.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, championing diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all APAC offices.
  • Partner with managers to enhance team health, communication, and retention strategies.

  • Compensation & Talent Planning
  • Partner with managers during performance reviews and calibration sessions,
  • Identify high-potential talent and support leadership development and career pathing.
  • Support salary benchmarking exercises, ensuring market-aligned and competitive practices, across APAC markets
  • Who you are ⭐
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2+ years in a regional HRBP role.
  • Proven experience working across APAC markets with knowledge of local labor regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
