As an HR Manager at FE fundinfo, you will have the opportunity to drive employee engagement and foster a thriving, diverse, and inclusive work culture. This is a hybrid position, available on a full-time OR part time basis (80%).

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities as an HR Manager will include:

  • Providing HR support and advice to managers on legal, compliance, compensation, and benefits issues.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including handling challenging situations and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensuring all HR practices and policies comply with local, state, and federal labour laws.
  • Tracking HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborating with functional HR Business Partners on the annual performance management and reward cycle.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and completing recruitment processes as needed.

Experience and Skills: You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Manager:

  • You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • You will have proven experience in a similar position and working with remote teams.
  • You must have proven experience in HR Management in the Luxembourg region.
  • You should be comfortable using Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookup
  • You must have proficiency in business English and French.
  • You should have excellent organisational skills, understanding of priorities, and attention to detail.
  • You must possess strong stakeholder management skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will have confidence to communicate at all levels and across different regions, in- and outside the organization.
