TLDR

Manage and enhance documentation processes while leading recruitment efforts for tech talent and overseeing a team of 100 to 200 employees.

Job Description:

  • Must have experience as HR Manager, managing 100 to 200 Employees.
  • Must create & improve Documentation Must have Tech talent  Recruitment experience (ex - Node js)
  • Campus recruitment experience
  • Experience in Appraisals
  • Excellent communication skills & people management,Orientation,
    communication, training, empowering, reporting, Human capital resource
    management.

Desired skills and Experience:

  • Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR.

  • Good understanding of Team management

  • Minimum 4-7 Years of experience  and Should be a Graduate in  MBA-HR discipline.

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation is not a constraint for suitable candidate

  • Since this is an urgent requirement, we prefer and appreciate people who can join us early

Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR.
