HR-Intern

Overview:

The HR Intern at Pakistan Single Window will assist the HR team in various tasks and projects related to human resources. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and learn about best practices in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support HR initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the HR team members.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR concepts and practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
